To ensure that this is accomplished we maintain contact with you and the candidate after they are hired. We believe it is important to maintain long-term relationships with our clients.

* We don't just "present resumes" or "find people" for our clients to interview and hire. We make it a point to know and understand our clients' needs and apply our expertise to best help your company reach its objectives.

* Our overall purpose is to counsel and assist executive management in identifying and hiring the best available candidates for their specific needs and objectives.


SEARCH & SERVICE OPTIONS

~Retained Search~
Your Search Consultant commits the majority of his or her time to filling your position. One-third of the agreed upon fee is paid up front to bind the agreement. One-third of the fee is paid when we present to you the first candidate. The final one-third will be due on the candidate's first work day. You will have exclusivity of all candidates.

~Priority Search~
Your Search Consultant devotes much of his or her time to filling your position. A small engagement fee is paid up front to bind the agreement. You are given exclusivity of candidates.

~Contingency Search~
No financial commitment is required to initiate the search. A service fee is due if, and only if, you select and hire a candidate we refer to you.

~Contract Employment Services~
Bring in professional level employees for a specific length of time or for a specific project. Our association with Top Echelon Contracting, Inc., allows us to supply you with top-notch professionals for a specific length of time or for a specific project. Top Echelon Contracting, Inc. becomes the contractor's legal Employer of Record™, freeing you from all the administrative paperwork including taxes and workers' compensation, payroll processing, unemployment liabilities, and more.

OUR PROCESS
  • DEFINING CLIENT NEEDS
    We work closely with the hiring manager and other key decision makers to understand the corporate culture, identify the client's objectives, define position requirements and build a position performance profile.

  • DEVELOP SEARCH PLAN AND INITIATE SEARCH
    With a defined strategy we customize a detailed search for promising candidates who are likely to match the position performance profile. This will include networking with established and new contacts, inter-office referrals from recruiting alliances, identifying a list of companies for targeted calls.

  • SCREENING AND PRESENTATION
    We evaluate to determine a short list of top candidates that best meet the position performance profile and have a sincere interest to pursue the career opportunity. Top candidates worthy of your consideration will be presented.

  • INTERVIEWS AND FOLLOW UP
    We assist the client and candidate through all aspects of the interview process. We will debrief and exchange feedback with both the client and candidate to secure a match and discuss next steps.

  • SELECTION AND OFFER
    Once you have selected the preferred candidate, we will help you prepare an offer. We will present the offer on your behalf and resolve any last minute issues before you make a written offer. When the candidate says "yes" we will assist with a smooth transition to help him or her resign effectively and resist any counter-offers from the current employer.
